A blessing in every cup - This Ayurvedic chai weaves seven freshly ground organic Indian spices, each offering their full flavour & potency. Perfected to balance ethereal Vata (air) and grounding Kapha
(earth), while gently awakening Agni (digestive fire). May its warmth be nourishing for you, your family,
and community.

Ingredients

Jaggery, Cinnamon, Ginger, Black Pepper, Cardamom, Clove, Star Anise, Nutmeg.

Directions

  • One tsp (4g) per 250ml cup
  • Latte: Dash of boiling water + frothed or iced milk
  • Tea: Half boiling water + hot/frothed milk
  • Sweet Chai: Add one tsp of honey
