Ripe red peppers chargrilled and preserved in an organic infusion of sunflower and extra virgin olive oils with salt, garlic, wine vinegar, Italian herbs and just a hint of chilli. Just the thing for platters and salads and perfect draped over pizza and bruschetta.

Storage:Store at room temperature. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume preferably within 10 days.
