Ingredients: brown rice flour*, buckwheat flour*, tapioca flour*, psyllium husk, flaxseed, chia, sesame seeds, poppy seeds, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, cornflour, corn grits, rice milk, cider vinegar, xanthan gum, olive oil, filtered water, natural leaven starter (brown rice flour* & water), unrefined natural NZ sea salt.
