An important crop for the Incan Empire back in the day, quinoa has a unique nutrition profile that’s led to its modern-day ‘superfood’ status. It’s packed with nourishing plant-based goodness, including quality protein.

Great for those avoiding wheat, our Quinoa Flakes add a unique light nutty flavour to stuffings and baked goods. They also make a delicious hot cereal – simply add boiling water and cover for 5 minutes, then add your favourite fruit, nuts, yoghurt etc.
