Pacific Harvest  Citrus Seaweed & Sesame Seasoning 50g

Inspired by the popular Japanese rice seasoning called furikake. Having this seasoning in your pantry, or on your desk at work, makes it very easy to add a little seaweed to your plate every day. Seaweed will give you the minerals your body seeks as well as a salty flavour, and are a great salt alternative if you follow a low sodium diet.

A note from the Pacific Harvest: A few years back, our original recipe contained a refined sugar – we removed the sugar following customer feedback and customers told us they did not like the result! Last year we ran a number of trials, experimented with stevia which did not work either. We finally settled on a new blend that contains a significantly smaller amount of sugar than the original recipe, and replaced the refined sugar with a raw sugar – just enough to carry the flavour.  There is still a significantly less amount of sugar in our furikake than any other seaweed seasoning we have compared ourselves to.  Thank you for your feedback which helps us to keep improving our products.

Ingredients: Sesame Seeds 47%, Seaweeds 39%, Raw Sugar, Salt, Spices, Sunflower Oil, Onion Powder, Natural Flavours, Soy Sauce Powder, Lemon Oil, Citric Acid
