Cheese Barn Ghee 380ml tub

Traditionally used for frying as it heats to a high temperature without burning.

Also known as clarified butter or frying butter, ghee is prepared by melting butter in a pan until the milk solids settle to the bottom. The clarified butter layer is then poured into a container leaving the milk solids behind.
